Any person who lives in or owns residential property located within the Mason Neck Community shall be entitled to membership in the Association upon payment of the Association's annual dues.

Dues are $10.00 per year for individuals, or $20.00 per year for families. Membership dues are paid on a calendar year basis, with renewal in January.
